  Policies On Dogs Obtained From Philbrook's Fancy

  Potential puppy buyers must first fill out a questionnaire so that we may determine whether this is a suitable breed for their situation. After which, they may come to look at any puppies/dogs that are available. If one looks like a good match, the buyer must leave a non-refundable deposit (usually $200), and receives a list of supplies he/she must purchase before returning to pick up the puppy/dog.
  

• Before the scheduled date when the puppy/dog shall be picked up, the puppy/dog will visit the vet, who will perform a physical on the puppy/dog and issue a health certificate indicating that the dog is being sold in a healthy and sound condition. The buyer receives a standard contract for pets (show prospect contracts may differ greatly), which contains the following warranties:

  • Buyer has 48 business hours to take puppy/dog to his/her own vet to assure the health and soundness of the dog. The puppy/dog may be returned for a full refund within this time period should the buyer be unsatisfied with the dog for any reason. (Puppy/Dog MUST be returned in good health and sound condition.)
  • Health against genetic conditions are guaranteed for the first two years of the dog's life. If a condition is found to be severe enough to render the dog unable to serve as a pet, the dog will be replaced. Condition must be verified through a vet approved by the breeder.
  • Puppy/Dog will be spayed/neutered before the age of a year (or within the first six-months of purchase).
  • Buyer must agree never to turn the puppy/dog over to a shelter, but instead, return it to the breeder, who will find the dog a new home.
  • We do not ship dogs for any reason without human escort.

  Pomeranians for Sale

• The following puppy is a breeding of Maizzy and Spike. Father is cream and white parti colored and mother is a black and white parti color (Maizzy is a litter sister to Daisy). Both parents are 5 pounds and have champion bloodlines.
  		Maxx was born 11/15/07 (shown to the left). Nicely coated little guy. He was hand raised because mother had insufficient milk supply. Sweet disposition.
